As a certified occupational therapy assistant, I help kids with play skills, school performance, fine and gross motor skills, aid in regulation to participate & succeed with their daily activities, and boost confidence and self- esteem.

Personal Interests
I love to go camping with family and friends, play with my dogs, hiking (when the weather is nice), snowboarding in the winter time, watching movies (especially superhero movies or crime movies), traveling when I get the chance to. Halloween and Christmas are my favorite holidays! I enjoy watching Ice hockey- and love to cheer on my hometown team the Minnesota Wild.

I love to see the progress they make while coming to OT. I like when they are so happy to see me or when they have something very exciting to tell me!
Why Did I Choose to Become an COTA?
I knew I wanted to be somewhere in healthcare but I was not sure what! I stumbled across occupational therapy from a family friend and I instantly knew that is what I wanted to do.

I have a very easy and outgoing personality. I am also high energy, and love to get to know my patients, and families.
