Hi' I am Marilyn

I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois but have been living in Arizona for the last twenty-four years. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Special Education in Illinois and was a special education teacher, in Illinois, for many years. Later, I obtained my Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Certificate and then a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology.

What I Believe (quote that best describes me)

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi

What do you like most about your job?

I do my best to be creative which makes each speech or feeding therapy session fun AND address their needs at the same time!  This may include incorporating games, toys, songs, sensory bins or other activities into my session.
