Hi' I am Maria

I am 27 and I was born and raised in Arizona. I am a military veteran who served 7 years in the Army Reserves. I now dedicate my life and service to children who need assistance in the pediatric medical profession. I knew I wanted to work with kiddos and worked my way towards that goal. I went to school for 2 ½ years, earning my associate’s degree in occupational science.

What is the essence of what you do?

I make it a priority to make sure kiddos are heard, understood, and respected while assisting them towards growth and independence. As well as creating trust and connection with them and their families.

I enjoy being out in nature, going to concerts, meditating, and being with my loved ones.

Providing progress for my clients and working with my team!

What patients like most about me and my organization?

I think my kiddos like that I try my best to make their care fun by integrating their interests, intrinsically motivating them, and also being a big silly goose too! My organization is dedicated to meeting all their needs with a kind heart and listening ears.
